Perform on going support activities for all Oracle Applications, Success Factors and Hodes IQ through the completion of routine system maintenance, problem resolution, process improvement, communication and training. This position will provide basic project management to low/medium complexity. Responsibility of escalated and in-depth system related issues.

-Respond to support requests via VHD for complex issues as escalated by Service Analyst II or HRMS Team Manager
-Independently lead low to medium scale projects utilizing the standardize project management tools as assigned. Projects will include, but not limited to: implementing family packs, new system functionality and system integrations.
-Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following areas: Hodes IQ; Discoverer; Self Service – Standard, Performance Management and Compensation Workbench functionality; Government Reporting; data reorganizations, as requested by BU; HRMS set up documentation; Training and documentation.
-Document and maintain HRMS/recruiting system processes using company-wide training documentation software.
-Maintain one or more of the following documentation tools: training materials on the On-Line Desk Reference Manual, the HRMS Team QuickPlace Site and U:/HRMS directory; Audit regularly to ensure current documentation and accuracy.
-Administration of training process for HRMS application users and/or recruiting system via several mediums – instructor led, on-line sessions, web-based.
-Assist HRMS implementation team with key activities which include parallel support, configuration, and training.
-Coordinate and lead super user (HRMS) and/or business unit champion Hodes IQ communication conference calls.
-Participate in testing, creation of documentation and assist in maintenance of international payroll interfaces.
-Perform application testing for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, localizations, and patches.
-Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor including back-up support for any other team roles.



Service Analyst III will utilize knowledge and experience to troubleshoot moderate to complex application issues that can not be resolved in a timely manner by the Service Analyst II. Service Analyst III will troubleshoot with the assistance of IR technology and Oracle support. Armed with application, IR configuration and process knowledge they will provide potential target areas for review and lead effort to resolve the issue.
Service Analyst III is also responsible for managing small to moderate projects. It is their responsibility to manage the project, identify any situations that will cause the project to come in late and execute mitigations that are necessary to complete the project on time.

·Additional work hours may be required dependent upon work load/critical project work
·Position is considered to be first step in promotion to HRMS Project Lead

Travel for training and implementation support (15 to 30%)
Min. Yrs. Experience:4-6 years
Education Standard:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University preferred or 4 to 6 years related experience in one or more of the following: application support, recruiting, human resources, benefit administration or payroll administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in utilizing Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Access, Project and Visio.
Oracle HRMS, Oracle Payroll or call management software experience a plus.
