Summary (`3 The HTPG Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial aspects of this $150 million unit of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, including financial planning and forecasting, accounting (including Sarbanes Oxley compliance), cost analysis, financial reporting and information technology. This business unit is based in Brea, CA and has manufacturing facilities in Arizona and Alabama. This position reports directly to the General Manager with a strong functional reporting line to the Carrier Commercial Refrigeration CFO.

Job Description
The primary role of the CFO includes Financial Analysis, Cost Analysis, Budget Planning, Financial Reporting, Accounting and Information Technologies. A successful candidate will be able to provide clear strategic direction in all areas of the business.

(a2 A BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with 10-15 years relative work experience in a manufacturing environment
(a2 MBA Degree and/or CPA preferred with 7-10 years relative work experience in a manufacturing environment
(a2 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Hyperion Enterprise and HFM preferred.


Experience
(a2 Responsible for effectively managing the following areas: General Accounting; General Ledger; Accounts Payable/Receivables; Payroll and Credit Collections and Control.
(a2 Accountable for budget, department staffing and overall business results for HTPG.
(a2 Responsible for providing clear direction to each member of the department.
(a2 Ensure compliance with all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements throughout HTPG.
(a2 Work as a strategic business partner with the General Manager and provide support as needed.
(a2 Manage monthly financial closing process.
(a2 Prepare financial statements and representative charts as needed.
(a2 Develop talent throughout the department.
(a2 Actively participate in ACE related activities.
