It's our desire to maintain much of the small company culture while implementing some of the larger company disciplines that are required to continue our global success.   We're looking for an HR Coordinator to support our Benefits group.  As an HR Coordinator your responsible for the day to day administration of  benefit programs.  You'll be responsible for adminstering and supporting health & welfare programs, the employee stock purchase plan, wellness, retirement, and other company benefit programs.  As an administrator of these programs you'll be responsible for tracking benefit enrollments, processing monthly premium reports, auditing enrollment transactions, and tracking and auditing COBRA eligibility. You'll also assist Team Members in understanding their benefits and serve as backup to leave of absence process. REQUIREMENTS:  Proficient Word, Excel and Outlook skills. MS Access a plus.  Technical systems knowledge to write reports and queries using HR and other databases (working knowledge of Crystal a plus).  Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.  Proven success at communicating with individuals at various levels of education and disciplines.  Strong problem solving skills.  Flexible and able to work well under pressure.  Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.  High school diploma required. One year of recent work experience in a Human Resources field preferred.
