HVAC Contractor Brand Manager

The HVAC Contractor Brand Manager is responsible for Emerson Climate Technologies Contractor Branding Program to position Emerson Climate as the Industry Leader for technology and solutions for the HVAC contractor base.Develop and manage Emerson Climate Technologies Level Marketing communication tools for HVAC contractors. Manage contractor relationship building events and activities including trade shows, industry events, NASCAR and Contractor Council Meeting activities. Provide training materials and support to the White Rodgers Air Conditioning Contractor sales team. Identify and evaluate innovative methods to reach Air Conditioning contractors. Coordinate programs and activities with Distribution Services Refrigeration Contractor Team. 



Requirements


BS in business, marketing, or technical degree plus five years HVAC/R experience in marketing, sales, or technical role.  MBA in process or completed a plus. 

Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent PC skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Internet Tools.

Spanish language fluency a plus.

30% Travel Required.
