Healthcare Project Manager

I'm retained to find a top grade Healthcare Project Manager for a debt free and growing custom injection molder of medical devices near Indianapolis, IN. You can live rural, suburban or in the city. This is a lower cost of living area of the country with good schools and a robust manufacturing base. The company information: In business since 1929; proven experience manufacturing medical devices; company spares no expense in investing in technology; same ownership since 1929; two plant company with cutting edge technology; superior report card with customers; diversified customer base makes the company strong.

The position: Must have plastic injection molding and project management experience; must have experience in FDA requirements, IQ, OQ, PQ, ISO 13485, design for manufacturability, SPC, DOE, process mapping; process validation, prototyping, tool & design construction; will manage a project from inception to commercialization; will interface with the customer early in the process; will manage cross functional groups in the plant like process, tooling, manufacturing and quality engineering; will be the face of the company at the customer site; could lead to engineering management positions; high impact position; looking for someone that is very strong technically that is functioning as Project Manager in a custom injection molding environment of medical devices now; salary is open plus a 15% bonus; must fill now.
