Entenmanns/Oroweat a division of Bimbo Bakeries USA has an immediate opening for a Human Relations Representative. The qualified candidate must have a degree in Human Relations or related field with at least 4-5 years experience in a Generalist role as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in labor relations in a manufacturing or sales distribution environment required. The successful candidate should have multi-site experience and may be required to travel to company facilities located throughout Southern California as issues arise. ******************************************************************************BASIC PURPOSE/SCOPE

Provide Human Relations functional support to the organization to include recruiting,

investigating and documentation, organizational development, affirmative action, training and labor relations.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY



Facilitates employee relations through issue resolution.

Assists in labor relations and grievance procedures, and preparations for negotiations and Boards of Adjustments.

Assists in recruitment and staffing for open hourly and non-exempt positions.

Administers EEO and Affirmative Action policies and procedures.

Design, implement and conduct employee and management training programs.

Organize and execute employee relations activities.

Other duties / special projects as assigned BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE

·  BS Degree in Human Relations or related field

·  Minimum 4-5 years related experience in Human Relations, labor or employee relations.

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·  Strong PC skills, MS office Applications

·  Experience with Oracle helpful
