This is your chance to make history.   We are looking for a dynamic, organized LEADER to join our Human Resources department as an HR Manager in our Coffeyville, KS Fulfillment Center.   The HR Manager will oversee all areas of Human Resources within the Fulfillment Center, including the Human Resources team leadership, recruiting, positive employee relations, compensation, performance management, organizational development, and communications.   The HR Manager will also be an active member of the global HR team, driving and supporting cross-group initiatives. Successful candidates will have a true hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of non-union distribution/manufacturing environments, systems theory, organizational communications, consultation skills, and analytical thinking. In addition, effective presentation and persuasion skills are a must. This is a highly visible role and a tremendous opportunity for those with a passion for leading and developing teams!    - Requirements include a minimum of BA/BS degree, preferably in HR or related Field, advanced degree strongly preferred   - Five + years' experience in HR management of a distribution/manufacturing environment   - Experience working with Contingent Workforce & Peak Seasons    - Resume which shows progression through career in Fortune 500 company
