Human Resource Manager - Monterrey, Mexico The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing proactive employee services to the Monterrey, Mexico employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administrating new hire orientation; payroll interface; benefits inquires and reporting; talent acquisition, talent development and employee communication programs.    Responsibilities: · Perform new hire, salary, termination and benefits administration by collecting data, completing paperwork, meeting deadlines and managing effective communication to employees. · Perform as the first level of employee contact for salary and benefit questions; employment verification requests and other routine information exchange. · Actively manage the employee recruiting and interviewing process and conduct new hire orientations. · Administrative duties as assigned.   Requirements/Specification: · 4 Year degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. · Great communication skills a must. · Analytical capabilities · Strong understanding of the Human Resource function and employment laws in Mexico · Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills; strong computer skills · 3+ years of working experience   Preferred/Desired: · Experience in a manufacturing environment.
