Human Resource Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support in administering policies and programs in the following areas; Employment, Benefits, Wage & Salary Administration, EEO/AAP Compliance & Training.  The Human Resource Representative is a mid-level Human Resource professional primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day employment-related activity of the HR Department.  The incumbent will be responsible for job descriptions, job postings, candidate recruitment, interviewing and selection recommendation, and new employee orientation.

JOB DUTIES:

*Develop and maintain programs for company recruitment, retention, orientation, and employment-related activities.

*Conduct job evaluations, prepare job descriptions, create and communicate job postings.

*Ensure equitable/competitive compensation and benefits

*Develop selection criteria and recruitment strategies

*Screen applicants, schedule interviews between candidates and managers, complete applicant tracking and AAP documentation.

*Develop and conduct new employee orientation.

*Prepare and maintain department and company reports (i.e.,organizational chart, staffing analysis, department metrics).

*Maintain HR systems, databases, and files utilizing technology and organizational tools (e.e., Syteline, Lotus Notes, Infinium).  Provide backup for payroll administration.

*Coordinate and communicate policies, procedures, and changes to all departments.

*Advise employees on the ITT Code of Corporate Conduct and all other required company policies.

*Assist the Manager of Human Resources and company management to determine the necessary training & development needs of company personnel.
