Human Resources Administrator

 

Consolidated Precision Products has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Administrator for our City of Industry facility. The Human Resources Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to compilation and maintenance of all personnel records, recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and procedures. As well as, maintenance of employee safety program.  

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:High School Diploma Three to five years clerical experience Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent Minimum of 1 year payroll processing, time and attendance Strong interpersonal skills Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills Computer literacy- Microsoft office suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with all employees in English and Spanish

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED: Payroll- ADP, Etime
