Human Resources Associate - Benefits and HRIS

Busch LLC is the leading global manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and vacuum pump systems.  We have thirty locations throughout the world, with North American Headquarters located in Virginia Beach, VA.  Currently we are expanding our dynamic HR Department to include a full time HR Associate to focus on Benefits and HRIS.

This Human Resources Associate will manage and administer all aspects of company benefits to include new employee orientation, bill maintenance, open enrollments, employee assistance, etc.  This Associate will also be required to work with FMLA, workers' compensation, FLSA, STD and LTC.  This position will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the company's HRIS system.

This position requires 5 to 7 years experience in benefits and HRIS.  A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related is preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
