Human Resources Generalist

Current USA, Inc is seeking experienced Human Resource Generalists for the Virginia Beach, Virginia location.  The qualified candidates will be working Monday – Friday, with evening and weekend hours as workload demands. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limit to:

 



▪ Responsible for all of the Company’s Employment, including advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing and offers of employment.

▪ Planning and facilitating the new hire orientation process.

▪ Assist with the coordination and facilitation of the Company’s training programs such as harassment awareness, workplace violence, etc.

▪  Writing Job Functions and Job descriptions.

▪ Assist with Employee Relations.

▪ Support the HR manager with maintaining records, generating reports, special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

▪ 3 – 5 years of HR experience.

▪ Four-year degree or equivalent work/life experience preferred.

▪ Strong, proven interpersonal skills.

▪ Strong oral and written communications skills, including the ability to make presentations and effectively communicate in front of large groups.

▪ Ability to work independently and with little supervision.

▪ Attention to detail. 

▪ Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.

▪ Able to communicate with all levels of employees.

▪ Self Motivated.

▪ Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.  (Requires signing Agreement on Confidential Information)
