Human Resources Generalist/Manager

Teledyne Instruments has an immediate opening for a HR Manager at one of our San Diego locations.  Candidates must have a minimum of seven years Human Resources experience, with an emphasis in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, affirmative action, and workers compensation.  A working knowledge of employment law is required. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, organized, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. A working knowledge of MS Office is required.  A Bachelors degree (in a related field is preferred). Experience with ADP PCPW payroll for Windows and ADP Reportsmith is a plus. HR experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
