Human Resources Professional

Gleason Reel, a Hubbell company, located in Mayville, Wisconsin has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Professional. This is a true generalist position which includes union employees (grievance/arbitration administration as well as contract interpretation and negotiation preparation) as well as exempt and non-exempt employees.

 

Responsibilities include employee/union relations, safety involvement and administration, organizational development and training, benefits administration and payroll, as well as apply principles of mandatory regulations and laws governing employment, wage and hours.

 

We seek an HR professional with at least five (5) years practical experience in a manufacturing environment. A BS/BA degree is preferred.

 Mayville is located approximately 50 minutes north-northeast from Madison and approximately one hour northwest from Milwaukee.
