Performs generalist human resource functions that may include some or all of the following: recruitment, employee relations, training, salary surveys, employee social activities, orientation, visa processing and other related duties and special projects.

Skills, Experience and Duties: Bachelors degree or equivalent; PHR certification preferred.A minimum 3 years of successful recruitment and HR generalist experience.  Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.Very good written and verbal communication skills.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications; intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.Knowledge of SONIC or other applicable applicant tracking systems.Working knowledge of H.R.I.S.; experience using KRONOS preferredStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize as well as remain flexible in a fast paced customer focused environment.Participates in all phases of the recruiting process to include: processing job descriptions, internal job posting, application processing, applicant screening and interviews, reference check processing, generating employment offers and all other duties associated with the staffing function.Conducts new employee orientation and onboarding programs.Conducts training to include: Respectful Work Environment, Blood Borne Pathogens, Interviewing Fundamentals and other training as needed. Designs new programs as needed. Maintains data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Processes all Charlton immigration Visa applications.  Responsible for Attleboro and other employee relations support as assigned.  This includes supervisory coaching to effectively resolve ER issues.Plans and organizes employee social events.Upholds the principles as outlined in the Company’s Purpose and Core Values Statements.Completes weekly and monthly staffing and other related reports.Maintains integrity of confidential information.5% travel by car.
