To be considered for this position, the following is required:Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate disciplineMinimum of 6-10 years hands-on experience in mold implementation & fine tuningExperience in a field of multi-cavity molds for small parts with hot runner systems, preferably in the pharma packaging, cosmetics or electronics (connectors) industry preferredProven ability to work hands-on equipment / moldsMust have working knowledge relating to molds in areas such as detail design, detail mold making and the ability to choose a mold maker & perform follow-up procedures accordinglyMust possess knowledge in all validation tools such as FMEA, VMP, etc. Ability to successfully interact with other associates, suppliers of injection tools, vendors & customersStrong knowledge & understanding of production equipment & systemsAbility & demonstrated experience scheduling & managing production projects from preliminary product definition to implementation of new processes into productionProficiency using computers & computer programs, including spreadsheets, report & graph generation, word processing, database, CAD / CAMAbility / willingness to attend any appropriate training / classesExcellent verbal / written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information
