INTERNATIONAL INSIDE SALES REP

We're looking for an upbeat, professional  International Inside Sales Representative with great communication skills to represent our company! This position is responsible for all areas of sales support and order fulfillment for our rapidly growing Latin America business. Contract review, order entry, and international shipping are key areas of responsibility. The successful candidate will host visiting customers, assist with translation issues, and contribute as a training resource. Occasional travel, flexible work schedule, and after-hours teleconferencing are required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field, plus two-year's experience in international customer service or sales - preferred. • Must be bilingual - English and Portuguese or Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of international shipping requirements, export/import administration, and contract management. International banking experience a plus. • Must be able to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner. • Understanding of "Lean" concepts and strong orientation toward quality, process improvement, and change management. • Expertise with Windows XP and Microsoft office. AS-400 skills a plus. • Detail-oriented with great organizational and problem solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment with frequent interruptions. • Strong knowledge of Genie products and the lifting industry - preferred.
