Clarion Laminates is a joint venture between Aconcagua Timber Corporation (ATC), one of the fastest growing wood panel products companies in North America, and Tarkett Laminates, a European-based global leader in flooring products. 
We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for our newly constructed, state-of-the-art, highly automated facility located Northeast of Pittsburgh in Shippenville, PA.

Responsibilities:Understand business organization's direction, structure and requirementsDocument and analyze required information and dataUnderstand technical design specificationsDefine test conditionsDevelop accurate and complete test plansConduct testing according to planIdentify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutionsAssist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedulesUnderstand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistentlyImprove upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform current procedures into best practices.

Requirements:B.S. in Business or Engineering required. MBA preferred.3-5 years experience in a related role within a manufacturing environment.ERP system implementation experience, Movex ERP system a plus.Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and Visio.Business Intelligence implementation experience a plus.Ability to work in a team environment.
