IT Director

Great opportunity for seasoned IT professional.  Responsible for the integrity of all information and data systems of the Company and its working groups, and for all information services functions of the company, including:  all data centers, technical service centers, accounting, sales, and production data functions, help desks, communication networks (voice and data), computer program development, and computer systems operations.  Creates and implements company's information management strategy.

 

·         Directs information management budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, business process re-engineering, and database system strategy.

 

·         Responsible for new system implementation.

 

·         Oversees planning and implementation of all business information systems, such as sales, manufacturing, customer operations, and internal communications.

 

·         Directs the information strategy of the company based on forecasting information from senior management.

 

·         Sets the overall direction of internal business systems.

 

·         Identifies user needs and directs building of MIS teams to work across all levels of the organization.

 

·         Maintain integrity of all electronic and optical books and records of the Company, including:  computerized and manual systems, information processing equipment and software for acquisition, storage and retrieval of information, for the development of information services, and the strategic direction of all information processing and communication systems and operations.

 

·         Serves as primary corporate spokesperson for information management.

 

·         Explores new technologies for future planning and potential implementation.

 

·         Interfaces with industry on information management and information technology matters.
