We are looking to fill the following full time position:

 

IT Supervisor

 

To perform, as appropriate, design, development, installation, implementation, and support for MTS networks and operating systems.  Responsible for Division’s IT planning and management of new system or upgrade implementations. Responsible for compliance to MTS’ SOX, and internal guidelines and any governing external regulations. Manages and directs the daily activities of IT staff, completion of departmental projects and budgeting.

 

Qualifications include:

· B.S. degree and 5 year programming and technical support experience in a business setting within a manufacturing environment with MCSE or MCP certifications

· Demonstrated project management ability

· Ability to act independently under general direction

· Experience as technical consultant on complex projects

· Working knowledge of overall operating systems, telecommunications networks, file maintenance, advanced software packages and the design, installation, testing, debugging, and documentation of operating systems, servers, as well as local and wide area networks.

· Proven ability to formulate and define specifications for complex network and operating systems applications or modify and maintain complex existing systems using releases and utilities from the manufacturer.

· Expertise in business environment with the following:

LAN/WAN administration

Windows Active Directory

Microsoft Exchange

Microsoft Desktop Operating System

MRP Systems

· Knowledge in PC Platform Hardware

· Implementation and supervision of IT related business processes.

· Administration of SOX processes and audit support
