POSITION SUMMARY:

The receptionist is responsible for greeting and communicating with customers in a professional manner, operating multi-line switchboard and routing incoming calls, maintaining lobby appearance, processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining and stocking kitchen supplies, and performing a variety of clerical duties.

 

It is essential that you enjoy phone work and have an enthusiastic and extremely dependable personality. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.

· Outgoing and friendly with a professional appearance.

· Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with the team at all levels. 

· Strong work ethic and trustworthy.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Minimum of six (6) months office administration experience.

· Phone routing/telephone/switchboard experience.

· Training in professional phone etiquette helpful.

· Basic skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.

· Standard office procedures.

· Use of general office equipment, such as copier, fax, computer, and telephone.
