In-Store Marketing Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION ATK Commercial Products, a division of ATK, is a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ammunition and shooting accessories.This position will be located in our Onalaska, WI facility and will report to Sr Mgr, Brand Management.Principle accountabilities include:--Identify areas of strengths and opportunities to improve the content of packaging, signage, product displays and promotions. --Coordinate workflow and maintain project tracking, cost estimates, project changes, and delivery of packaging projects, signage, product displays and promotions. --Support the project and event management process through the creation of project plans and time lines. --Responsible for the successful completion of packaging for new products and rebranding/refresh initiatives. --Work with Brand and Product Managers to create and manage trade and consumer promotions. --Create, design, and set product displays to include the creation of productplan-o-grams which fit various footprints (endcaps, 4ft and 8ft, etc.). --Request the development of Point of Purchase and promotional materials for trade and consumer promotions. --Initiate, conduct, and participate in store visits and walkthroughs to better understand the customer’s perspective. --Audit display, signage, and packaging compliance to meet key customer requirements. --Manage product samples, display and signage shipment, delivery and installation for trade/sales events. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Required:--Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience --At least three years experience with a proven and successful track record in a retail or merchandising environment --Exposure to plan-o-gram software --Proven experience understanding shelf and display decisions that are required to be successful in a retail environment --A high degree of attention to details --Proven ability to multi-task and respond to ever-changing priorities --Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed program objectives for multiple clients Desire: --Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Sales --Experience in creation of displays, endcaps, and/or plan-o-grams --Experience in the design or creation of packaging APPLY NOW: Please apply at www.atk.com/careers under job requisition number 1943.ATK is on the move.
