Senior Cost Accountant needed for manufacturing company in Costa Mesa area. Responsibilities include labor, standard and job costing, inventory analysis, working with bills of material, etc. Reporting to the controller, this individual will be responsible for the following month end close processes: Reconciliation of inventory accounts, variance analysis, cost of sales, journal entries, and m/e accruals.

The ideal candidate will be degreed with 4 - 6 years of upward movement of cost accounting experience. Industry experience will include manufacturing. The individual coming on board must be comfortable working independently in a quieter work environment. Exposure to working with SOX and ISO procedures is a huge plus.

Business is booming for this manufacturing company. Position is direct hire, seeking to pay $73 - 80K, plus benefits.
