Position Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated Industrial Painter with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment.  This role is vital to ensuring the resulting end product is made to exact specifications as designated by the customer, meets all quality tests and is delivered on time. 

 

We paint product as an added value at the customer’s request. All operations we are currently asked to complete are wet paint application with a suction gun. Occasionally we use airless equipment when that process is of greater value. We spray a mixture of products; some require mixing in proper proportions and have differing additives for changing conditions.

As such, a unique blend of the following characteristics is a must: 

 

Use effective communication and organizational skills. Have innate attention to detail.An eye for good quality finish and desire to do quality work.

 Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED At least one year experience with wet spray painting.Understanding of multiple coating processes.Ability to read and understand paint specifications.Experience with painting aluminum product is a plus.Understanding of grit patterns and any necessary paint prep.Computer skills to record time involved in paint process.

 Environmental/Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 100lbs.Good vision required for painting and inspection.Must be able to position paint apparatus in any position the work requires.
