RECRUITING SOLUTIONS SEEKING WORKERS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH JOB

 

Positions located in Columbia and surrounding areas

Seeking experience, qualified individuals for light industrial positions including:





CNC MACHINE OPERATORS / CELL TECHS

Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, grinders, routers and other CNC machinery a must

Setup, multi-tool and single tool machinery experience necessary including tool changes, offsets, quality inspection, troubleshooting - program edits and any programming a major plus

Cell Tech must have experience in cell environment (3-4 machines in a cell, run all machines and produce product per specs/blueprints)

2-3 years or more of stable work history in this area  a must

Shifts vary - $10-15 depending on experience





CONVENTIONAL/MANUAL MACHINISTS

Experience doing setup and operation of manual run machines including minor maintenance/troubleshooting.

Machinery including saws, presses, cutters, grinders, lathes, mills, etc.

Experience running from blueprints a major plus as well as quality checking of your parts

Shifts vary - $10-14 depending on experience





MAINTENANCE MECHANICS/FACILITIES TECH

Mechanics needed for maintenance on various light industrial machinery/equipment including CNC machinery

Positions are usually either electrical or mechanical, but occasionally experience in both areas is required.

Must have at least 2-5 years experience

Facilities techs are entry level maintenance positions requiring forklift and material handling experience and skills as well as minor machine and some facility maintenance - 1 year experience

Shifts vary, $16+ for mechanics, $11+ for techs - both depending on experience







GRINDER / FABRICATION / ASSEMBLY / SERVICE TECH / GENERAL LABOR

Fabrication - hands on assembly, not assembly line

Experience using various hand tools, working with fiberglass, steel and other metals, knowledge of basic shop machinery

Grinding, polishing, filing, shipping/receiving, general heavy industrial work in various departments

Shifts vary, $9-11 depending on client and experience





MATERIAL HANDLING / SHIPPING & RECEIVING / WAREHOUSE / FORKLIFT / HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Must have more than 6 months stable experience in the above areas, maybe more depending on the position.

Warehouse machinery efficiency including reach truck, pallet jack, cherry picker, sit down and stand up forklift.

Ability to pull finished product from lines, sort and prep orders, package, band, label and load for shipment.

Some positions do require regular lifting of 50-100 lbs manually or pushing heavy materials onto the moving machinery.

Some upper level positions available occasionally- these require Excel skills, extensive shipping experience, coordination of outgoing orders in accordance with production schedule and deadlines, fast paced worked, ability to handle high stess, group leadership skills. 

Shifts vary - $8-14
