Injection Molding Supervisor

We are a full service provider in Injection Molding and Urethane Foam - servicing customers in Automotive and Furniture.

 

We are currently seeking Injection Molding Supervisors for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

 

Some of the duties include:Leading a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks and in continuous improvement Schedule people and make assignments to accomplish the daily schedule Write and give employee performance reviews in a timely manner Sequence production orders and ensure we meet customer requirements Work with a setup person to perform mold and color changes Trouble shoot processes and equipment Maintain production of quality product that meets customer standards Maintain the area, equipment and molds to provide the team with an organized workplace and proper tools Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement
