Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

PCI medical inc, a successful medical manufacturer, is growing. We now have our vapor control systems in over 6000 healthcare facilities. Our products simultaneously protect healthcare staff and equipment and we have become the leader in vapor control. It is through our commitment to excellent customer service that we are able to expand. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative to join our small sales team.

 

As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will look to grow our company by taking a consultative approach to our customers. You will be professional, confident, quick to learn, ambitious and personable! You will be required to handle incoming phone calls and to make outgoing phone calls to solicit business on a daily basis. Our sales staff works as a team to make sure that our customer is always the priority.

Requirements

Minimum of two years’ sales experience – retail sales not included

Demonstrated success in a business environment

Medical background and/or phone sales experience a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Some college course work preferred

Computer Literate (Microsoft Office) ACT! is a plus
