We currently have a career position open for an INSIDE SALES MANAGER in our Fort Worth location for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

 

· Bachelor’s degree with five years’ related experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

· Ability to quickly learn about Weir SPM products, particularly pump and pump expendables

· Ability to effectively lead and motivate the Inside Sales team

· Ability to effectively read schematics and drawings

· Must possess a mechanical aptitude

 

The Inside Sales Manager manages the sales and service capabilities of Weir SPM versus the customers' sales and service needs by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.  Responsible for reviewing the following: incoming purchase orders for accuracy of pricing and validity of lead times; current pricing levels on pumps and pump parts; and the consignment inventory needs of various service centers versus material needs at the main facility (warehouse).

 

The incumbent receives incoming service calls and coordinates the service needs of customers with the service department; works closely with Materials' Manager - Pumps to coordinate the changes in pump specifications by customers and/or change in delivery schedules; coordinates customers' quality complaints with Quality department and ensures timely resolution; and tracks ongoing sales versus forecast.
