Inside Sales / Product Manager

SUMMARY: Inside Sales: Provides supporting services for our ecommerce andproduct lines to include order entry, customer support and problem resolution. TheProduct Manager is responsiblefor both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing theproduct throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing productand customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely withthe director and the factory to deliver winning products and define future lineextensions. It also includes working with all support personnel (marketing,shipping, admin, credit, accounting, etc) to ensure revenue and customersatisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes purchasingand ensuring that the product and proactivemarketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
