Provides varied phone and e-mail support to customers.2. Prepares quotes and performs follow-up3. Communicates with outside sales, sales manager and product managers to determine pricing strategy.4. Supports the outside sales group5. Completes order-entry6. Expedites orders7. Contacts regular and prospective customers to solicit orders. 8. Recommends products to customers, based on customer's specific needs and applications. 9. Answers questions about products, prices, applications and credit terms. 10. Provides shipping information. 11. Investigates and resolves customer complaints. 12. Responds to requests for literature and product information.  Education andExperience: Requires a minimum of an Associates Degree in Business or a technical field and at least one year of experience. Additional Skills Required: Requires excellent computer skills, ability to work with detail, good organizational skills, solid math skills, and excellent problem solving ability. Knowledge of valves and NxTrend is preferred.  Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Work Conditions:   Flexible workweek, hours may vary.  Extended hours may be required based on business needs.  Travel to other facilities and training would equate to no more than 25% of a workweek. General work will be primarily conducted in a climate-controlled office setting with a minimal flow of people.
