Inside Sales Representative (Telesales):Achieves quota in an assigned territory by proactively calling on hospitals, surgery centers, or in some cases home care centers and distributors each business day.  Each territory has established accounts with previous sales history or base of business.Works in an inside sales environment – a rep makes outbound telephone calls to customers in order to drive sales in the territory.Generates sales quotes and formal proposals.Reviews and negotiates contracts, and tracks progress toward fulfilling those agreements.Prepares and then makes sales presentations to end users of the products/services.Conducts product cross-references and cost savings analyses.Meets monthly/yearly sales goals, which will result from proper territory management, new product introductions, problem-solving capabilities, and other business skills.Builds and maintains long-term business relationships, which are critical for success in our business model.

Required:College degree or previous inside sales experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated sales skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multi-task on multiple computer applications.Demonstrated problem solving skills.Exhibited presentation skills.
