As a Romer Inside Sales Specialist in Lake Forest, California, you’ll be partnering with the largest manufacturer of precision dimensional measurement equipment and software in the world.  Romer, Inc. is the leading producer of portable, articulated arm coordinate machines and specialized accessories, with manufacturing customers in every industry.

Product training will be provided.  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary plus commission and generous company benefits.  Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, and more!  Our benefits package, on average, adds 44% more value to your base salary.

Primary responsibilities

· Being the hub of the sales team

· Following up on trade show and advertising leads

· Building long-term customer relationships

· Networking with customers and outside sales force

· Networking

· Setting appointments for our outside sales force

· Producing sales quotes

· Maintaining databases

 

Successful candidate will have

· Desire to be a member of a dynamic sales team

· Inside sales experience

· Ability to close orders

· Experience with supporting outside sales force

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Professional, persuasive, engaging phone presence

· Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed goals

· Excellent PC skills including MS Office

· Proficiency with Contact Manager Pro or ACT

· Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and team members

· Initiative and creativity

· Solid listening skills

· Dependability and consistency on the job
