The Position
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing based in Highland Heights, Ohio, the Inside Technical Sales Rep will be responsible for supporting outside sales staff and internal sales activities including but not limited to:  coordinating RFQ’s from customers and providing technical support to customers with new projects in an effort to develop new business. 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have several years of related inside sales experience supporting the technical sales of product manufacturing services to the medical device industry.  Experience with contract manufacturing of metallic or plastic-based medical components, medical devices and/or implants is preferred. Working knowledge of machined part drawings for metal parts and dimensional tolerances is required. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop trust, respect and confidence with internal and external customers.  Superior organizational and project management skills required.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.  Must be results-oriented with desire and ability to learn quickly and make a significant contribution in the short-term.  May travel occasionally to trade shows or customer sites as needed.
