Inside Technical Sales Representative

Rapidly growing company has several sales opportunities available in Santa Clarita!

 

Implant Direct LLC, is a state-of-the-art dental implant manufacturer, with offices located in Santa Clarita and Calabasas Hills. We are a rapidly growing company with an immediate need to hire several experienced Inside Technical Sales Representatives for our Santa Clarita office.

 

Qualified candidates will meet or exceed the following qualifications and experience:Generate sales leads and secure new business via outbound calls Disseminate and articulate product features and benefits, and sell appropriate promotions Up-sell and Cross-Sell compatible dental implant products Promptly respond and follow-up to customers’ technical questions via email and telephone Assist customers with navigating Implant Direct's websitePerform routine account-related transactions, such as securing credit card payment, account maintenance, customer profiles, and maintaining customer database Maintain thorough product knowledge  Uphold highest level of customer service including a sense of urgency for maintaining customer satisfaction  Assist co-workers within the department May develop and refine technical sales procedures and processesAssociate Degree or equivalent combination of education and 5 years customer service experience in a corporate environment. (Retail experience is not applicable.)  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication aptitudes Required computer skills include: MS Outlook, Word and Excel.



The right person for this position must be: assertive and confident, self-starters with the ability to learn quickly, energetic and personable and able to manage multiple priorities while working with minimal supervision.  Skills required include: the ability to think creatively about problem solving issues, highly organized, attentiveness to detail and the capacity to effectively comprehend and relay technical information.
