The Oil & Gas industry is booming.  Electronic Assemblers are needed to manufacture DOWNHOLE tool circuit boards for one of the world's largest and most safety-conscious providers of oil field services.

 

Working under limited supervision, you will assemble instrument components and sub-components, electro-mechanical and hydraulic well logging assemblies and sub-assemblies, or electronic hybrid circuits―all for downhole tool use.  You should be able to read and interpret detailed wiring schematics and engineering drawings.  Your duties may also include utilizing high or low temperature soldering processes, fitting, mounting, aligning, adjusting, operational testing, and performing repairs on completed DOWNHOLE assemblies. Five plus years of related assembly experience is highly desirable.

 

Depending on your level of expertise and years of relevant experience, the starting pay is $14 to $20 per hour.  We currently have only 1st shift positions available and the assembly shop is located in Northwest Houston.  We will administer a Drug Screen, Background and Work Authorization Check.
