MOTIVATED, HIGHLY-DETAILED & EXPERIENCED INTERNAL SALES OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS

Job Duties include and not limited to:

Liaising, providing Customer Service & Support to Independent Sales Representatives, Corporate Accounts & Customers nation-wide
Provide assistance with product queries & general sales related questions, including but not limited to technical bulletins, pricing, fabric, order status, ship dates etc.
Compile & distribute product quotations
Provide proactive follow-up
Maintain excellent record keeping & communication

Requirements include:

Must be Computer Literate
Must be organized & detail-orientated
Excellent written & verbal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt quickly to change & pressure
Strong intuitive & drive to meet & exceed Company expectations
Min. 2-years of strong Customer Service related experience
Able to work independently & within a team
Able to liaison with all levels of Management
