International Customer Service Representative

Henny Penny is one of the largest independent manufacturers of commercial food service equipment in the world.  We have nearly 500 employees at our world headquarters in Eaton Ohio and we are seeking an experienced International Customer Service Representative to join our family.

 

The person in this position will be a key player in a department known for its outstanding dedication to our customers.  Responsibilities include:

·  Assisting our international customers and distributors

·  Preparing the appropriate documents required for international shipments

·  Supporting our international sales team

·  Providing special customer care and unmatched responsiveness to all of our business partners

 

In order to be considered applicants must possess the following:

·  Bilingual (Spanish and English)

·  Minimum 5 years international customer service experience

·  Strong understanding of Latin American culture

·  College Degree in Business, Communication or related field (Must have at least an Associate’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

 

Experience in a manufacturing environment and / or experience in international freight forwarding are both highly desirable.
