CITY/STATE: Las Vegas, NVPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Logistics/TransportationEDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's DegreeSALARY: 58,000.00 - 68,000.00 USD /year International/Domestic Traffic Operations Manager Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an International/Domestic Traffic Manager for an International Gaming Manufacturer, Bally Technologies, located in Las Vegas Nevada.  This well established company has a great benefits package, opportunity to grow and an excellent company culture.  This position is responsible for the finished goods and used games (slot machines/other products).  The function of this position is to coordinate all activity related to generating shipments of finished and discrepant materials and along with the activity of all shipping personnel.  Maintain MAPICS database integrity and transaction accuracy.  Oversee finished goods inventory management and related activities.Responsiblities of this position are to maintain adequate and accurate inventory levels.  Monitor and supervise shipping activities for cost effective quality service.  Identify and recommend disposition of obsolete and discrepant materials.  Organize and execute fiscal inventoriess as required by coporate Finance.  Facilitate the flow of information between MIS and Supply Base Management.  Generate performance appraisals for direct reports.  Schedule shipments based on availability and in accordance with inter and intra state regulations.  Prepare required documents for finished goods and discrepant material for both domestic and international shipments.  Ensure all gaming commission regulations are met prior to shipment.  Maintain accurate reports and documents relevant to shipping activities.  Manage daily operations of shipping function and personnel (shipping associates, leads, supervisors) including performance evaluations, scheduling, discipline, etc.A qualified candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in general traffic/logistics experience.  Experience with Just-in-Time principles.  Familiar with lean manufacturing (Kaizen) preferred.  Computer literate with Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.  MRP and MAPICS experience preferred.  Exposure/Knowledge of Materials and Capacity Requirement Planning implementations.  Knowledge of city, state, and federal transportation regulations required.  Working knowledge of I.A.T.A. regulations, brokage fees, carnets for importation and exportation required.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.  Must be able to pass a hair drug screen and criminal background check.  Obtain or possess a Gaming Work card.
