We are an equal opportunity employer. The candidate will have the functional responsibility for centralizing our international financial information. He/She will also be responsible for transfer pricing reviews within the CMD organization, cash management and dividend policy, and facilitate working capital needs of the subsidiary locations. He/She will help in the planning, reporting and analysis of international locations. He/She will also be one of the financial leads on new product programs, provide financial support on cost reduction (6-sigma) programs within the business, and work on various other business activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Planning/Forecasting/Reporting of CMD Operations International locations Balance sheet review & reconciliations Working capital analysis New product introduction financial analysis & support World wide pricing analysis and auditing Participation in 6-sigma programs Quarterly transfer pricing review Leading inter-company accounting Other tasks as needed Travel requirement: 5% - 10% SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Functional/Technical B.S. degree required; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred Strong PC skills (Word, Excel proficient, PowerPoint) Strong Oracle background ' 1 to 3 years of experience preferred 3-5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance preferred Quality/ImprovementStrong analytical ability Improvement focused Promote continuous improvement attitude Strong problem solving skills Teamwork/LeadershipCoaching & Coordinating of activities of diverse locations and people Ability to prioritize and organize in order to meet Company's Goals Works cross-functionally High level of interpersonal skills Experience in managing continuous improvement processes Able to build teamwork and lead teams to completion of the project Cummins is an Equal Opportunity Employer
