International Manufacturing Manager

Summer Classics, an Outdoor Garden Furniture Manufacturing Company , is actively looking for an International Manufacturing Manager with 10-15 years experience in practical manufacturing. Candidate MUST be willing to relocate to China. Our company offers a competitive salary and full benefits package including dental, vision, health care, 401(k), sick leave, and vacation time.

 

Candidates must meet/have the following qualifications:

 

1. Be willing to relocate to China.

2. Complete knowledge of process engineering.

3. Experience in aluminum extrusion welding.

4. Experience in cast aluminum welding.

5. Experience in powder coat finishing.  

6. Have good verbal and computer skills.

7. Have a good concept of Lean manufacturing.

8. Be able to maintain a professional relationship with our vendor partners.

9. Willing to travel throughout China and neighboring countries.

10.  Be able to introduce products at a fast pace.

11.  Must be a hands on type person and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

12.  Must be able to take direction and implement internal processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

 

13.  Speak Mandarin or Cantonese, both would be ideal, but not mandatory.

14.  Experience in Product packaging helpful.

15.  Knowledge of weaving operations is preferred but not mandatory.

16.  Experience in casual furniture industry a plus.
