This is a credit-only position. In this role, you will gain practical experience in the area of “Talent Management.” More specifically, your experience will focus on the following areas:Recruitment: Work closely with the recruitment team on projects that support the recruitment lifecycle. Special attention will be focused on record keeping, analysis and reporting.Systems Management: Contribute to the success of several Information Systems/Human Resource Management process improvement projects. Gain an understanding of initiatives related to leveraging technology in support of people processes.HR and General Business Fundamentals: Exposure to “real world” business experiences. Gain critical experience in the areas of goal attainment, decision making, influencing, organizational structure, communication and general “best practices” in a business environment.Your Ingredients:- Currently enrolled in an accredited institution working towards a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. - Eligible to receive credit for the internship.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Previous experience with applicant tracking or human resource systems and scheduling/calendaring in Outlook preferred- Strong dedication to high levels of customer service. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required (written and oral). - Ability to Multi –Task, is self motivated and work independently with a strong work ethic.
