INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
The successful, results-driven candidate will assume responsibility for directing the day-to-day operations of inventory control clerk and material handler personnel, maintaining the inventory system to ensure stockroom accuracy is 98% or better, ensuring that tracking/traceability procedures are followed and motivating, training and counseling staff.

Specifically, the Inventory Control Supervisor will:
• Ensure that material is received, properly stored and issued in accordance with accepted inventory control practices.
• Implement and maintain Cycle Count Program.
• Ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
• Resolve problems.
• Comply with and ensure department compliance with company health, safety and environmental policies, as well as all applicable US export and security regulations.

Qualifications include:
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
• A flexible, adaptable attitude.
