Inventory Coordinator (Graduate Development Program)

The Company operates in five business segments throughout the world: Terex Aerial Work Platforms, Terex Construction, Terex Cranes, Terex Materials Processing & Mining, and Terex Utilities & Road-building, and Other.   Our graduate development program allows candidates with Masters and Bachelor degrees to gain experience in a variety of business disciplines. The incumbents will be put through a 2 year program with 6 month rotational assignments gaining exposure and experience with a variety of functions and interactions. Upon successful completion of the 2 years of assignments, based on business need and personal preference, candidates will be placed in a position within the Terex Corporation.   Applicants should be willing to travel during this 2 year program and be open to relocation upon completion.     This is an entry level position within the Terex Organization. Responsible for analyzing MRO inventory levels, evaluate surplus/obsolete items. Maintain MRO inventory records. Monitor and create a supplier scorecard for supplier delivery performances for timeliness and accuracy. Develop MRO stock list. Evaluate resource allocation, logistics planning, sourcing alternatives, point of use and lean processes.  Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Qualifications • 4 year degree in Business, Finance or related degree   Experience Level: • Entry Level Position with 1 to 3 year experience • Prior experience working on Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Business issues at college/university/ad hoc consulting a plus Competencies: Analytical/Critical thinking Attention to detail Flexibility Business acumen Willingness to learn Technical skills, i.e. negotiating and project management Initiative/Change Management Data management   Skills: • Ability to use Microsoft Office and PC-based software • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English). • Ability to work in a team environment.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sedentary involves constant sitting. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally, frequent lifting of 1-2 pounds. TRAVEL Must be able to travel on an occasional basis.
