Invoicing & Inventory Specialist

PPG Industries, an $14 billion leading producer of coatings, glass, chemicals, and fiberglass is seeking talented people for a Sales Invoicing & Inventory Specialist position within the Finance department at the Delaware, OH Automotive Refinish facility.

The plant is located less than half-hour from downtown Columbus. It is home to major sports teams, universities, and cultural activities.


Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the invoicing and credit activities of the Delaware facility, driving the reconciliation of the field physical inventory at 11 national locations, review daily invoicing transactions and correcting any errors found prior to processing.

Successful candidate must have a 2-year degree or a minimum of 4 years of “hands-on” relevant experience - this includes experience with General Ledger, journal posting, account reconciliations and exposure to billing systems/processes; the ability to travel and proficient in Word and Excel. Access Data Base knowledge a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities a must.
