Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Torrance, CA for a licensee of Sanrio

Company Information:
We are a wholesaler/manufacturer of licensed Sanrio items, located in Torrance, CA.

Job Description:
*Provide administrative duties and assisting mainly General Manager and occasionally company Designer.
*Administrative duties include but not limited to: Some accounting tasks using Quickbooks, Japanese/English written/verbal translation, putting together reports using excel and/or word, assisting visitors from Japan, trend research, and other administrative duties requested by General Manager.
*Some travel in the U.S. may be requested.

Skills/Qualifications:
*Wide/Full knowledge of Japanese, reading/writing required
*Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet knowledge required
*Quickbooks, Photoshop knowledge is a plus
*Previous experience is a plus, but not required


*This is a temp to perm full time position, will consider part time preferred candidates.
