Maintenance Technician (Husky Injection) - $19 - $25/hr- Washington State
At least three years of prior injection molding experience (Husky). This individual must have a comprehensive understanding of electrical schematics, with the ability to use them effectively to troubleshoot machine issues such as electrical circuits that range from 480v, 3 phase down to 24v DC. The Injection Maintenance Mechanic analyzes and resolves all issues related to the injection machines and supporting equipment, that includes hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical functions of the equipment.
Automation Engineer - $50 - $82K - Texas
This position will be responsible for automating manufacturing processes, recommending and implementing solutions that will improve throughput, quality and cost. This individual will perform feasibility studies, design and develop automation concepts and bring projects to successful completion in a timely manner. Implementation of automation utilizing new and advanced manufacturing technologies, and change management, are two of the major challenges facing this position. Process improvements, lean manufacturing, new processes, reducing cost and defects are the other critical responsibilities. BS in Mechanical engineering with overall experience of 7-10 years.
Manufacturing/Plastics Engineer - $50 - 80K - Texas
This position will be responsible for supporting and sustaining existing production processes including plastic molding and tube extrusion manufacturing. Develop product/process designs and implement production methods, tooling, and testing for emerging new products. Recommend, design, and implement solutions that will improve throughput, quality and cost. This individual will review current manufacturing processes, recommend new and improved processes, design and develop extrusion and molding processes, and design/develop and maintain tooling. Implementation of cost-efficient processes, tooling, advanced manufacturing technologies, material/process changes, lean manufacturing, reducing cost and defects are all critical responsibilities of this position.BS in Mechanical Engineering/ Plastics Engineering with overall experience of 5-7 years (medical pref.)
Tool/Mold Maker - $20 - $25/hr - Texas
Develop tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges or hand tools by studying blueprints, sketches, specifications, and descriptions; applying knowledge of materials, machining, and assembly methods and mathematics. Machine tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges or hand tools by setting up and operating lathe, mill, shaper, grinder and related equipment. Confirm tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges or hand tools by comparing measurements to specifications using micrometers, thickness gauges, gauge blocks and other measurement tools. Strengthen tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges or hand tools by heat-treating materials. Build and maintain precision injection molds and related components. Document actions by completing logs, adjusting specifications.
Blow Mold Process Lead - $55K - $60K - Texas
Company runs continuous extrusion blow molding machines, producing 35lb 330 gallon jugs.
Process engineer (senior process technician) will be responsible for all technical issues surrounding the BM operation on all four shifts to include weekends.
This will be the 'go-to' person for all BM issues including scheduling
4 - 12 hour shifts, 8-8.
Blow Mold Process Technician - $18 - $25/hr - Texas
They run continuous extrusion blow molding machines, producing 35lb 330 gallon jugs.
Process technicians will be responsible for the proper operation of Blow mold equipment and the proper training of operators to include quality checks and proper staffing of equipment.
Openings on all four shifts: 12 hour shifts, 8-8.
Molding Team Leader - $70 - $80K - New JerseyManage a workforce of 25 people on two 12 hour shifts. Supervise, coordinate and provide leadership to shift assigned reports. When required write and/or give input on performance reviews. Work with other departments (QA, Mold Repair, Automation, Maintenance, Warehouse, etc) to troubleshoot processes to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met. Coach/train personnel on lessons learned from troubleshooting activities. When Molding Manager is out of the plant the Team Leader must be able to step in and perform the Molding Manager duties as required. Assist in preparation and presentation of all Departmental meetings A minimum of ten(10) years of experience with Molding technology.
Field Service - Extrusion $55 - $85K - near major airport (USA)
Responsible for representing the company worldwide in extrusion equipment start-ups, paid service, and warranty repairs in a cost effective and expeditious manner. This will include starting and servicing all equipment sold by the company; instructing the Customer in proper operation and maintenance of equipment; promoting and performing paid service calls and resolves all related problems; submitting accurate written reports including all service work performed, follow-up action required; and keeping accurate records of travel and living expenses in accordance with Company Policy.
The qualified candidate will be detail oriented; have the ability to commission major systems with knowledge of the process; have the ability to repair and calibrate the electrical, mechanical and computerized controls of the system; and exhibit a commanding knowledge of the process and a working knowledge of all technical fields involved in the operation of the system. This job may involve specialized knowledge in hydraulics, water level control, winder control, load cell control, or a host of fields specific to the process. Ability to deal with customers a must. 100% travel required.
