Expanding open web steel joist and girder manufacturing facility in Fernley, NV is seeking enthusiastic individual capable of performing in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Responsible to develop placement plans and bills of materials from Architectural and Structural contract drawing using AutoCAD and Excel.
Candidates must possess the following:Strong analytical, mathematical, verbal & written communication skills Multitasking ability Problem-solving skills Computer proficiency: AutoCAD 2004 or higher, Windows, Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail, or similar Experience in interpreting commercial construction building plans, emphasis on steel construction General construction knowledge Construction field experience a plus
