Jr Direct Marketing Analyst

NATIONAL PEN is a privately-held promotional products company that manufactures and sells product internationally through direct mail, telesales, retail, distributor and web channels.  We are headquartered in San Diego, with facilities in Mexico, Tennessee, Ireland, China and the Philippines.   Due to continuous  growth, we are looking for talented and creative marketing talent!

Position Summary:

National Pen is searching for a Junior Direct Marketing Analyst who will perform  analysis of domestic & international mail order promotions along with miscellaneous analysis & manipulation of numerical data as needed.  Must demonstrate excellent mathematical and analytical skills.  Excel proficiency is required & relational database experience is a plus.  Will also perform SQL and Access queries.  Direct Mail experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.  Requires excellent verbal & written communication skills, well organized & detail-oriented.  Must be team-oriented & capable of working on multiple projects under time constraints & meet deadlines.

 

Education/Experience:

 

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Math or Statistics preferred.1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel skills required.
