Junior Process/Manufacturing Engineer

Junior Process/Manufacturing Engineer Established chemical manufacturer is in search of a well rounded Engineer to help out in hands-on process equipment layouts and design.   Job responsibilities will include:Provide system design and process equipment technical support to customers and sales representatives.   Evaluate new equipment and oversee the troubleshooting and quality control of all systems fabricated in house.   Prepare CAD drawings and assists in the design for all systems with bill of materials, wiring and operations, installation and instruction manuals.   Surveys/audits customer plants, provides analysis of their process with proposals, and helps to implement these improvements, provides supervisory start-up and installation support and post installation follow up.   Publishes equipment related marketing articles including literature, service bulletins, start-up manuals and system troubleshooting tips.



Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical).  1+  years of experience working with chemical application and/or process control systems and CAD drawings.   Knowledge of AutoCAD Hands-on with a good mechanical aptitude a big plus Must communicate well with Industry and Business Managers, customers, sales force, equipment manufacturers, suppliers and vendors.   Good project engineering/management skills and good organizational skills a must.  Travel required up to 30%.
