Outside Sales - Key Account Specialist
 
Comfort Solutions is actively recruiting a Retail Account Specialist for our Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island markets. 

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for interface with the account store retail locations within the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island markets.  This position is responsible for training and increasing market share.

This position requires dependable personal transportation.  Applicant must be available for overnight travel and frequent weekend and holiday hours. 







Duties to include, but not limited to: 
Understanding training needs of account Present training of Comfort Solutions product advantages and benefits Offer superior customer service Communicate appropriate feedback on account activities to VP of Sales File complete and accurate reports in timely manner Build positive working relationships with RSA’s, GM’s, and DM’s  Maintain client and Comfort Solutions confidentiality Secure preferred product placement on floor Observe and report competitive strategies Upkeep of floor samples and Point of Purchase materials

 

 

 

Position Requirements & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years retail or outside sales experience or military backgroundAbility to communicate and deliver presentations in small and large group settings   Ability to build strong customer relationships and demonstrate positive conflict resolution skills  Ability to demonstrate team building skills and function well within a team environment Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.


 






Preferred Education: 

 

Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent related work experience.
